Serve It Up

For this week’s menu I put together two incredibly easy and inexpensive fruit dips to enjoy by the pool, around the house and just about anywhere your summer weather may take you. I am a big fan of buying all different sorts of fruits in the summer time and just about any fruit will taste delicious with both dips.

First up on the menu:

Cream cheese fluff

This recipe is too easy to pass up. And it tastes absolutely amazing! Goes great with strawberries but any fruit will go great.

What you need:

  • Strawberry Cream Cheese

Any brand will do and all you need is one package.

  • Marshmallow Fluff

Just grab one jar and you’re ready to go!

  • Fruit

I prefer strawberries but try anythingStrawberry-Fruit-Dip-2

Get Mixing:

Now all you have to do is mix the cream cheese and marshmallow fluff together. Generally I’ll add about the same amount of each ingredient and mix until I get my desired texture and taste. And that’s pretty much it!

Get to dipping and enjoy!

Next up on the menu:

Peanut Butter Fruit Dip

This recipe is both healthy and delicious. And a great way to start the school year off with healthy snack recipes.

What you need:

  • 2 containers of Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp honey, or to taste

Get Mixing:

Add all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk together until smooth. Try it with bananas, apples, raspberries or strawberries.

Get to dipping and enjoy!
