First of all, yay to me for getting my Ipsy Unboxing up before the end of the month!
Secondly, this has been my favorite Ipsy bag so far. But before I get into that, here’s an update on last month’s products.
I have used my BWC leave-in conditioner about twice now. I haven’t seen any real improvements so I don’t know if I really like the product. I’ll keep trying but if you have any suggestions let me know!
StarLooks Pro eyeliner: Ever since I have received this Ipsy bag I have been non-stop reaching for this product to do my eyeliner. Its pigmented and goes on smooth. The product says it’s long wearing and they weren’t lying. I’ll definitely be picking up a few of these to keep in my collection and I suggest you do the same.
Skone Cosmetics eyeliner and lip pencil duo: I adore dark lips so this product is Perfect for Fall. I have a few colors similar to this so it made a great addition to my collection. I’ve used this pencil once and loved the color. I need to use this pencil a few more times before really giving it a full review, but for now I like it!
Onto the bag:
This month’s bag came Fall ready. The bag is a gorgeous golden burnt orange color. Probably my favorite bag so far.
Inside the bag:
NYX 3 color palette: I’ve never tried any NYX products and I’ve really been wanting to. So you can imagine my excitement to receive a NYX product in my Ipsy bag. The palette has two shimmer shades and a matte shade. Perfect for a nice fall smoky eye. I’m so excited to try out this product and brand.
Bayberry Naturals Rosehip and Hibiscus Moisturizer. I’m still on the hunt for a nice moisturizer and hopefully this product is my answer. On the packaging it says “no sulfates, no parabens, no phthalates, no artificial fragrances or dyes” Fingers crossed!
Not soap, Radio hand/body lotion: Haven’t used this lotion yet but it’s the perfect size to fit in my purse for on-the-go. And it smells amazing, it’s persimmon and plum scented.
Liptini Lipstick in Scarlet Cocktail. After swatching this shade on my hand it’s a pretty deep red and another great color Fall. The formula is a thicker and sticky for what I would like to see from a lipstick but it’s something I think I could look past.
Formula X nail color in Ignite. When I say that I am obsessed with this nail color I mean obsessed. Up until I graduated college I was completely against painting my own nails. I just preferred to get them done at the salon. But now, I just paint them myself. I tend to learn towards a French tip or a nice pink shade with the occasional black or white nail color. But, since I don’t go to my weekly nail salon anymore I don’t really have the luxury of color choice. So when I received this color I immediately painted my nails.
