Good Morning beautiful people! So I thought I would take a step back today and instead of reading one of my posts I reached out to my fellow HerCampus InfluencerHer Collective members to share their posts during my Blogtober series. Today I’m sharing Alexandra’s take on a fall inspired breakfast recipe!
I must admit, I don’t always eat breakfast. I actually don’t really like breakfast foods. Especially during the week when I am rushing out the door to head for the train. The only time I enjoy breakfast is on the weekends when I can take my time to cook or head out to IHOP. Other than that…no thanks.
I usually grab a microwaveable breakfast sandwich and head straight out, but honestly I haven’t even been eating that. I know I am not getting the nutrients and energy needed to hold me up through the day. But I’m the kind of person that just can’t eat when I’m not hungry and I am definitely not hungry when I wake up in the morning.
The reason I love this recipe is because it is so quick and easy and effortless. I could definitely handle making this during my morning rush. And best of all it will keep me super full all the way to lunch.
