What’s up everyone! I hope you’re having a wonderful day! And hopefully I can help better that day by bringing you a new recipe for today’s Blogtober post.

If you’re looking for the perfect, healthy and completely normal way to show your love for pumpkin this season I have the perfect recipe for you!

Pumpkin Smoothie

If you are anything like the rest of the world and completely smitten with the Pumpkin Spice craze you are going to love this recipe!

And did I mention it’s ridiculously¬†healthy?

What you need:

  • 1 cup of orange juice, chilled
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 medium banana, but into chunks
  • Ice cubes
  • Ground nutmeg or cinnamon for flavor

Get Mixing:

 

No seriously, just pour everything into the blender, mix and enjoy!!!

This Pumpkin Smoothie is high in vitamins, potassium and calcium. So it’s the perfect go to breakfast when you’re heading out in a rush. Or even the perfect dessert after a long day!
