Hey everyone! In today’s post I’m sharing my go-to workout playlist! But first, how are your new year resolutions going so far? I never got around to actually making any but I did promise myself 3 things.
- Live a healthier lifestyle
- Get serious about blogging
- 2017 is the year of travel
And I have been tackling number 1 by committing to daily exercising. It wasn’t easy but one day I just woke up and cold turkey started going. Now I’m not doing any hard-core workouts yet, although I definitely want to work my way up to them. But for now I am sticking to an easy 30-45 minutes of cardio and a quick session of abs. It’s what works for me and I have seen results for my current lifestyle.
On top of that I have also made another major change in my life. One that I have decided to actually ease into and learn as I go. I have decided to change my diet to a plant-based diet.

The new year is all about making resolutions and hopefully sticking with them and that is exactly what I have been doing. I love starting my day off with my morning run. It leaves me feeling refreshed and motivated to get things done.
So in today’s post I thought it would be a great idea to share my go-to workout playlist. We could all use a little boost or variation to our workout routine just as much as our workout playlist so why not share some of the songs that have been keeping me inspired to move!

Well there you go! My current go-to workout playlist! If you’re also looking for some other great playlists Apple some has really great curated ones. My favorites are the Hip Hop Workout, R&B Workout and Pop Workout.
